Berry Street’s Residential Services offers accommodation, support and therapeutic care to children and young people who have been assessed as having needs best provided for within a residential setting.

The Case Manager provides a family sensitive and child focussed casework service to the children and adolescents who reside in Berry Street’s residential care program. This role works in collaboration with residential staff to meet the care needs of children and young people within the Looking After Children framework. You will also advocate and liaise with other agencies as appropriate.

The successful applicant will be a skilled Case Manager with knowledge and experience in applying a range of assessment and intervention techniques to young people displaying difficult to manage behaviours. Additionally the successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the impact of trauma and abuse on development, as well as the ability to liaise effectively with DHHS and other agencies.
