    Our Strategic Engagement Team which consists of our Fundraising, Public Policy, Media and Marketing and Analytics teams are currently seeking a dynamic Philanthropy Coordinator to join the team.

    About the Role:

    • Support the team in identifying high-value donors from within the database and outside of the organisation and provide research, analysis and communication to effectively engage with these existing and potential donors
    • Review donor management plans, reporting on and analysing the results of the communication plans
    • Contribute to the development of effective donor journeys, compelling donor propositions and stewardship materials
    • Coordinate project tracking and project documentation to send to donors, in consultation with our Marketing team

    About You:

    • A tertiary qualification in Business, Communications or related area
    • Excellent research and analytical skills with an ability to seek, interpret and synthesise information and communicate it in a compelling and succinct form
    • Experience in database administration, including extraction and analysis of supporter/customer data within a relationship orientated database
    • Experience in writing funding proposals
    • Experience in prospect research including sourcing biographical, financial and philanthropic information
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Must either hold or be able to obtain a valid Working with Children’s Card and undergo a Criminal Records Check prior to employment
