About the role:
Berry Street prides itself on the continuous development of its staff, acknowledging that staff are the organisations most important resource. Berry Street offers internal and external training and events for both our staff and external employees in the sector.
We are seeking a Registered Training Organisation Administration Officer to join our Learning and Development Team. The RTO Administration Officer will support workshops, training and events by managing the nomination and registration processes, preparing course materials and resources. The role will be required to assist with RTO administration and compliance, sourcing and booking venues for events and assisting with organising participant accommodation and catering.
This position is located in Richmond and is full time, fixed term for 12 months.

You will have great time management and organisation skills with the ability to approach your work in a flexible manner. You will be passionate about the work that Berry Street does and have the capacity to build strong relationships across the organisation. Previous experience working within an RTO environment, or experience with LMS and event databases will be well regarded but is not mandatory.
