The Post Separation Services program offers a variety of services that supports separated parents who are experiencing entrenched conflict. The aim of the program is to help reduce the impact it has on children and assists parents to implement and manage cooperative parenting arrangements.


About the role:

We are seeking a Case Worker to help deliver, coordinate and promote the Post Separation Co-operative Parenting Program and to assist in the delivery of Post Separation Services, including intake and client support.

About you:

The Case Worker Post Separation Services will have;

  • A good understanding of issues relevant to parental conflict, family separation, domestic violence, child abuse, and court orders.
  • Strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate knowledge of culturally sensitive practice and child development theory.
  • Relevant service delivery experience of not less than 12 months.
  • A minimum level of intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services or similar.
  • A Cert IV Training and Assessment would be viewed as desirable.
