About the role:

Integrated Family Services (IFS) supports the engagement of vulnerable families in early childhood services by providing professional development, secondary consultation and referrals to Child FIRST. We are seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our small but dedicated team. The Case Manager will support children and their families, through the provision of case work, parenting strategies and referral/networking to other service providers including child protection.

  • Our ideal candidate will have experience working with children, young people and their families.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by our families and their involvement with the Child Protection system.
  • You will be knowledgeable around key government policy directions.
  • You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and be passionate about building up your networks.
  • A minimum Diploma Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Welfare or other relevant field is required for this role
