We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our payroll team at Berry Street. You would be joining a small team that comprises of a Payroll Manager and Payroll Officers that is part of the broader People & Culture Team.
The system we use is Preceda/Neller and EmpLive and experience would be highly desirable. Sound knowledge of pay systems, award/EBA interpretation and experience in the not for profit sector and salary packaging would be ideal. Of course, you will have excellent customer service skills and be patient and willing to answer queries as they arise.
In addition you will have a flexible approach to your work, be a inclusive team member, and display values congruent with Berry Street’s values of Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Working Together and Courage.
